The Workstation is a network of serviced offices in unique period properties that facilitate professional work spaces for small businesses, remote workers and freelancers.
Upon the start of any new tenancy carpets are cleaned and restored back to like new ready for new tenants. With over 100 offices a change of tenant is a frequent occurrence as such we have conducted many office carpet cleans for our client The Workstation.
With the end of one tenancy and the start of a new one often being very close together an efficient quick turnaround is key.
