Following a successful demonstration of our specialist commercial floor cleaning system, CP Foods entrusted us with a deep restoration clean of their canteen floor, main walkways, and staff changing area floors.

The Challenge

Food production environments require chemical-free cleaning methods to ensure hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations. CP Foods needed a solution that could deeply clean tiles and grout lines without using harsh chemicals or causing downtime.

The Solution

Using the Hos Orbot system, we achieved exceptional results with no aggressive chemicals. The ORBOT driver generates 1,725 orbits per minute, allowing the brush bristles to effectively dislodge dirt from grout lines, pores in the tiles, and edges.

To ensure a completely residue-free finish, we followed up with a power rinse using the Hydro Force extraction system. This process:

✔ Uses only water to rinse and extract dirt.
✔ Leaves the floor chemical-free and pH neutral.
✔ Makes floors immediately ready for use.

The Result
