Just 5 minutes from the Excel Arena, Gallions Approach Apartments is a modern complex overlooking the River Thames.
Contrary to its luxurious, modern feel the communal carpets were in a sorry state, heavily stained and smelling unpleasant causing much dissatisfaction from the residents.
We were approached by Warwick Estates who were soon to take over management of the site. As the carpets were in such a bad way from not being properly maintained previously this was a great way to have an instant impact and win the residents satisfaction with their new management company.
After carrying out a site survey we established our Hos Orbot cleaning system would be the perfect method for cleaning all 130 flights of stair cases, corridors and lobbies.
Being a low noise, fast drying system unlike traditional carpet cleaning most residents didn’t even know we were there. The residents we did speak to in passing were amazed at this innovative system in action with the odd camera phone coming out to film the Orbot doing its magic.
